Good morning from beautiful San Diego!
This time last year I was brand new to ICMI and nervously boarding a plane for Seattle en route to ACCE (now Contact Center Expo and Conference). I was excited, but anxious. I had no idea what to expect.
Fast forward a year, and here I am in San Diego. This year I’m a lot more excited than nervous, and I know exactly what to expect. Contact Center Expo and Conference is sure to be nothing less than awesome this year!
The thing I love most about this industry is the people, and I look forward to re-connecting with many you and meeting many new faces. The ICMI team wants this conference to be interactive, engaging, and informative for everyone and we have so many fun things planned!
From site tours, to educational sessions, a sold-out exhibit hall, celebrity keynotes, and more; there’s something for everyone!
