Media Registration
REQUIRED CREDENTIALS FOR A MEDIA PASS
- To qualify for a complimentary media pass, applicants must cover the contact center and customer experience industries on a regular basis and present bylined articles or reports published within the past three months.
- Publishers, sales, marketing/PR professionals and other non-media titles will not qualify for a media pass.
NOTE: Media passes are not issued to those writing confidential content or content solicited by an exhibiting company. Private consultants paid by an individual company are not eligible for a media pass and should request a pass from the sponsoring company.

PRINT JOURNALISTS
- Reporters from trade/business publications, newspapers and wire services must provide bylined articles published within the past three months.
- Outlets must contain original news content beyond links, forums, and reader contributions.
FREELANCE JOURNALISTS
- A letter from a publisher, editor or producer (on their letterhead) stating that you are covering ICMI's Contact Center Expo Center 2023 on assignment.
- A bylined contact center and customer experience industry-related article from your publication (above) written by you and published within the past three months (the copy must clearly show the name of the publication and your byline).
ONLINE MEDIA
- Bloggers must cover the contact center and customer experience industry on a regular basis and have covered the market within three months of requesting a media badge.
- Blogs must contain original, dated, industry-related news content above and beyond links, forums, and reader contributions.
- Social media pages (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) will not be considered as eligible online media.
Broadcast Journalists & Photographers
- A letter from a publisher, editor or producer (on their letterhead) stating that you are covering ICMI's Contact Center Expo Center 2023 on assignment.
INDUSTRY ANALYST
- A recent report or bulletin on the contact center and/or customer experience industries with your byline written within the past three months.
