Multiple discounts are not able to be used and special offers can not be retroactively applied.
Promo codes and Group discounts/offers may not be retroactively applied. Discounts of any kind, may only be used for net-new registrations.
Conference passes are available for registrants with customer facing contact centers. ICMI will identify non-exhibiting vendors and/or sales roles upon registration for the event. Those who are determined to be a non-exhibiting vendor and/or having a sales role will be denied access to end-user conference pass pricing and will be subject to denial of pass.
ICMI Contact Center Expo: A Digital Experience is a trade-only event. You must be 18 years of age and a qualified buyer of call center technology, or applications. If you are considering exhibiting at a future show and would like to view the expo hall for that purpose, please contact [email protected] to arrange a meeting.
Cancellation Date and Fee for Cancellations
Registration substitution is not possible for your pass. If a colleague would like to attend the event, please ask them to complete their own registration. If you are no longer able to attend our event and wish to cancel your entire registration, please email us at [email protected].
Attendance by industry product and service providers is available exclusively to exhibitors and sponsors of the event. ICMI will review registrations regularly, and those who are determined to be a non-exhibiting vendor will be alerted via email regarding the cancellation of their registration. Any registration fees paid will be returned, minus credit card fees.
