It is not always the smartest person or the most talented that becomes a rock star; it is the person who has the discipline, the work ethic, and the passion to do what it takes to be successful every single day in everything he or she does. In honor of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction of KISS this week, we visit the KISS principle: Keep It Simple Stupid. Get up early, do something you love, take care of your health, give your customers what they want, produce quality, constantly reach out to others, keep learning about everything, ask for help, and do for others every chance you get. Simple.
