Certified Trainer Program

Wouldn't it be great to have a permanent ICMI trainer at your facility? Well, you can! ICMI's Certified Trainer Program prepares and certifies your own trainers to teach ICMI licensed courseware directly to your staff. Simply select the ICMI course or courses you’d like to license and let us know your specific organizational, individual, or team development needs and goals—we’ll tailor the class for your organization and team so that it’s a perfect fit.

Getting your leadership or training team certified to teach ICMI courses is very straightforward process. A senior ICMI consultant will deliver one session of the class or classes with your trainers in attendance, so they can observe how the material is presented.

Your trainers will then complete the ICMI train-the-trainer program themselves, learning the materials inside and out, while also being coached on how to be an expert facilitator.

Afterwards, you’ll get our proven content and session materials, as well as training for your own in-house trainers so that you can deliver the content on an as-needed basis.

This program is intended for any staff responsible for training. Students will become certified to teach ICMI licensed courses.
