The most successful entrepreneurial rock stars know the secret to success is in everyday things you do for others – a simple thank you, a giveback, showing up on time, a gift card for a referral, decent customer service, even just a song before you go. It’s not about you, it’s about the customer. It works the same way in any sort of relationship. Everything you do for the customer comes back to you, good and bad. Be good.
