The ICMI Mentorship Program is an extension of our mission to empower contact center professionals through education, networking and community. This program is designed to:

  • Elevate leadership in the contact center industry

  • Support fellow professionals in their career growth

  • Foster a more inclusive and connected industry

By leveraging our community’s expertise and resources, the mentorship program provides a meaningful framework to guide future leaders in the contact center space. We are especially committed to supporting individuals who need greater representation in the industry.

HOW DO I APPLY?

Fill out this quick form to log your interest in the program. Be prepared to share why you’re interested in getting a mentor and what you hope to gain from the program. Optional: upload a short video introducing yourself. 

Deadline to apply for the 2025 cohort: Friday, April 11.

WHEN WILL I HEAR IF I’M ACCEPTED INTO THE 2025 PROGRAM?

We will extend invitations to the mentorship program via email by May 1.

Are you a contact center professional? Looking for career guidance from someone outside your organization who understands the industry landscape? Need to talk through the challenges you face or want guidance to take the next step in your career? Then YOU should apply!

As a participant, you will also receive a complimentary pass to ICMI Contact Center Expo — the industry’s premier event for learning and networking. With expert-led sessions and countless opportunities to connect, you can tailor your experience to fit your career goals.

HOW DOES THE MENTORSHIP PROGRAM WORK?

Each mentor/mentee partnership is unique. The program requires monthly meetings over six months. We also offer optional group events designed to strengthen relationships, foster collaboration, and help participants grow within the ICMI community.

WHAT’S THE COST?

There is no charge for mentees — only a time commitment. This program is about investing in the industry’s future and creating opportunities for professional development.
