One thing you should do today

Do something this morning that makes you feel good to start the day. When I lived near downtown Houston, I would take the longer way to work so that I could drive through Memorial Park. It was only about ten minutes more and it made me calmer and happier for the day.

Now, when I need a morning like that, I take the longer way through our neighborhood to see if the pet peacock is roaming, I have no idea who owns this fabulous bird but when he is out in all his glory, it makes my day. Join me on Twitter – when I do see him – I usually try to post a picture.
